CANCELLATION POLICY

Weather in Chicago changes quickly.

 

We never cancel sailing before the scheduled time.

Safety is number one and we will not go out in dangerous conditions, but it’s solely up to captain to decide. If you decide not to show up based on your own opinion about the weather, the trip will be considered complete and no refund will be issued. If we cancel your scheduled trip due to weather conditions, we will let you reschedule based on availability or we will issue you a full refund.

To cancel your trip contact captain Nijole (312) 206-0533 five days in advance.

In case of no show for any reason the trip will count as complete and

no refund will be issued.

Intoxicated or in other way influenced passengers will not be allowed to board. The rest of the party can decide to go ahead with scheduled trip without intoxicated person or not. No refund will be issued in this case.
